For multi-location operators
Compare locations, coordinate products and see what is on hand, committed and available. Give managers local tools while leadership works from a consistent view.
THE EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
One operating ecosystem for the store, the supplier and the people responsible for the whole network.
THE BUSINESS CASE
A franchise network creates more value when its information and workflows move together. BOTX Franchise Cloud brings independent store operations, shared catalog information, corporate reporting and the supplier workflow into a connected model.
Compare locations, coordinate products and see what is on hand, committed and available. Give managers local tools while leadership works from a consistent view.
Use transaction-based evidence to understand performance, review fees, focus assistance and carry approved franchise standards into daily operations.
Bring the entire operating proposition into the prospect conversation. Use a working ecosystem to demonstrate how the business can connect and grow.
THREE CONNECTED OPERATING LAYERS
Fast POS, staff PINs, customer lookup, UPC/SKU search, inventory, categories and attributes, master/variation products, kits, purchasing, customer approval, pickup and delivery fulfillment. Nine price levels and multiple cost fields support selling and margin visibility.
Customer-facing portals extend the store’s reach. Product-level eligibility and credential checks are configured around approved store policies and requirements.
The intended order flow connects sales-driven store purchase lists to supplier sales orders. Electronic payment or approved Net-30 terms authorizes release, and the warehouse receives the information needed to pick, pack and ship.
The current supplier foundation includes the shared product/attribute model and component-based kit design. Automated order release and warehouse workflows are part of the implementation roadmap.
The corporate cloud consolidates location data for network reporting and drill-down. Filters cover stores and organizational hierarchy; saved reporting views and branded exports turn recurring questions into reusable management tools.
A cloud-owned catalog can publish products to selected stores. A common customer directory supports approved cross-store relationships and segmented, consent-aware campaign preparation.
THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE
A shared SKU and catalog model; store-specific assortment and stock positions.
Governed price levels and cost fields; authorized local pricing, reorder targets and fulfillment settings.
Registration, approved credentials, stock-aware orders and store fulfillment; access scoped to the appropriate role.
Independent location records and consolidated corporate reporting; drill down to answer the store-level question.
Branding, workflow configuration, migration, training and 24/7 support shaped around the operation.
A WORKING REFERENCE
Orlando, Tampa and Miami provide the reference store experiences. The corporate cloud combines information from all three. The supplier preview introduces the next operating layer.
Store and corporate applications require authorized sign-in. Supplier operational workflows are in development. Live payment, messaging, accounting and royalty-collection integrations are scoped and activated for each implementation. Illustrative data on the marketing site is not a representation of customer results.
