Yes. The model uses independent store databases and a corporate consolidation layer. Store-specific transactions, stock positions and local settings remain distinct while authorized headquarters users can compare and filter the combined information.
The Bahama Mama ecosystem is the working reference for specialty and regulated retail. BOTX Franchise Cloud is positioned for franchise and multi-location networks, with catalog structure, product rules, fulfillment and workflows tailored to the industry during implementation.
The site offers an interactive illustrative tour and links to the Orlando, Tampa, Miami and corporate cloud working models. A guided session can provide authorized access. Supplier ERP is currently a branded preview with a schema and service foundation; operational fulfillment is being developed.
Store tender and campaign workflows provide the foundation. Live payment processing, SMS/email delivery, royalty collection and accounting connections are scoped with your providers and activated during implementation. These integrations are not represented as live in the current demo.
We scope the solution around your store count, operating workflows, data migration, supplier connections, payment requirements and support needs. A walkthrough starts with your business so the proposal reflects the actual rollout.
